A huge part of our Mission is to fight food poverty, so three times a week we hold our Social Cafe,
where you can pick a two course hot meal for you and your family for free,
including free food parcels, clothes, toiletries and other necessities.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00pm
Helping our service users learn or improve their English is important to us, as it can drastically change their opportunities. Our free ESOL classes are run face to face and online.
Thursday 10:00am -11:00am (online)
11:00am-12:00pm (in person)
Vulnerable adults in Nottingham can come and collect donated clothes and food from SFiCE House when we are open. As a small charity we aim to be open five days a week but this can change. Please contact us on 07941378265 ahead of your visit if you can
Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 4pm-6pm. Service users can get a hot meal, take a shower and wash their clothes as well as collecting important items for free, like donated clothes and sanitary products. Run by Volunteers

We upload help to our Youtube Channel, teaching you how to cook delicious and healthy meals for you and your family for less. Most of these meals are £1 or less to make for a family of 4, to make sure you can really stretch you money!
